Lovingly restored from a 1968 Citroën HY van, Sylvie travelled from France to Perth to become a celebration of craftsmanship, character and exceptional coffee.
A beloved French name in 1968, Sylvie carries a sense of nostalgia and timeless charm. Moving between our project sites each weekend, she’s a familiar presence worth seeking out.
